**Crop Inputs Specialist** position available based our at Louth, Lincolnshire office. Full time - 40 hours per week. (Mon -Fri). This is a role for someone wanting to develop their agric career with a view to being part of future management succession within Woldmarsh.
**Responsibilities**
Working closely with our Members, Agronomists, Suppliers and stakeholders. Handling member requests and placing orders as part of the team. Helping plan agrochemical, fertilizer and seed campaigns, negotiating preferential rates and providing excellent service. Proactive in identifying new products, technologies for crop inputs and how these can be introduced to the membership. Contributing to member bulletins, attending shows and events as required. Promoting the ethos of a co-operative organisation and aligning with our values.
**Qualifications**
Ambition to undertake relevant training and personal development opportunities is a must given this is a role with the potential to grow to management level.

- UK Farming Sector: 1 year (required)
- BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection: 1 year (preferred)
