Adult Social Care Commissioning Team - Markets and Performance

We require a full time Brokerage Team Leader to join our Brokerage service on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is a team player, committed to achieving excellent customer service and can support with the delivery of service outcomes including working with market providers securing operational requests for care and support. You will also possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

This role will be diverse and rewarding giving you the opportunity to further develop your experience and knowledge in Adult Social Care Commissioning. You will be working alongside experienced commissioning and strategic managers and friendly and supportive colleagues who are committed to delivering excellent outcomes.

The Commissioning Team currently operates a hybrid approach with some weekend working and working from home.
