Sales Invoice Administrator

£24,000-£25,000

**Job Type**: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time

Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)

Our client who is a UK leader in their industry with a global network, is looking to recruit a Sales Invoice Administrator to join their Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for preparing and posting accurate invoices on a daily basis to ensure business cashflow targets are met.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all team SLAs are met within the required timeframe
- Achieve the departmental key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring all claims are documented and progressed appropriately from point of contact through to final invoice
- Ensuring all claims are correctly reconciled in terms of cost and scope of works
- Responsible for rectifying financial data to ensure accurate projected margins
- Supporting of any audit undertaken across the business
- Ensuring accurate data input
- Producing reports when required
- Adhering to health & safety, environment, quality and training procedures
- Carrying out any ad hoc management requests

- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality work
- Capable of multiple tasking within required deadlines
- Ability to provide the right solutions to customers at all times
- Providing outstanding service to internal & external customers
- Adaptable to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Be flexible with working hours to support the needs and financial demands of the business
