External Janitor

We have a vacancy for a Janitor to join our team, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm
You'll be responsible for the general tidiness of the site.
You will:

- Ensure that the waste bins are taken out from resident's bin stores in time for daily collections.
- Carry out litter picking and cleaning public waste bins daily
- Power washing external footpaths
- Graffiti removal and various other tasks as required.

**To succeed in this role you will need the following**:

- A full UK driving licence essential to drive the utility vehicle
- Self motivation with the ability to use own initiative
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills
