**Job description**:
NCSC Business enabling roles are challenging, varied and provide meaningful work that you simply won’t find anywhere else.

Your role could typically include:

- Co-ordinating visits and managing visitor requests.
- Arranging agendas, events, travel plans and programmes.
- Diary management for seniors.
- Meeting logistics.
- Analysing, maintaining and managing data.
- Monitoring budgets.

**Person specification**:
We’re looking for talented, flexible and committed people from all backgrounds. You should have a strong focus on customer service and be able to engage with a whole range of teams and individuals, including external agencies. You will need to be well organised with an eye for detail and you will need to be able to provide advice and guidance to customers. Good teamworking and communication skills are key, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

**The successful applicant will need to have**:

- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Administrative or diary management experience.
- Excellent organisational and teamworking skills.

**GCHQ Competencies.**

The NCSC will assess you against competencies used by the UK Intelligence Community. These competencies are based closely on the Civil Service Behaviours. The competencies you’ll assessed against are:
