Job Summary:
Mostly Weekend Only

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain assigned hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness using our cleaning checklist
- Follow standardized cleaning procedures for each room type, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and presented in an impeccable condition.
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and furniture.
- Change linens and make beds in accordance with hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cans of water, towels, and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables from rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items directly to your onsite hotel manger and virtual assistant team
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks, as needed, such as cleaning corridors, stairways, elevators, and common areas.

Desired requirements:

- Proven experience as a hotel cleaner or in a similar cleaning position, preferably in a hotel or appartment setting is desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to enable ease with up to a maximum of 8 hours of cleaning
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
