Fire Surveyor

We are currently recruiting a Fire Surveyor for our Belfast Office. However we are also open to appointments based throughout the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding team and developing our service portfolio.

The role of the Fire Surveyor is to conduct various types of surveys and assessments for RIBA Stage 5 projects, cladding remedial work projects, EWS1 appointments and condition surveys for residential and commercial buildings. As well as providing the basic Fire Surveyor role, this role includes additional responsibilities such as mentoring fire surveyors & junior surveyors, contributing to technical excellence, updating the knowledge base, resource management and reviewing site reports.

As a member of staff, you will be responsible for developing and providing leadership within the fire discipline to a team of fire consultants, surveyors and engineers. You will be expected to clearly communicate the company’s vision and values in order to implement strategies that support the business in achieving them. You will require excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics in order to assist with the management of graduates and engineers in your team.
