Page Personnel are working in partnership with a fantastic education provider based in the Cheshire west borough to recruit for the role of Personal Assistant.

**Client Details**

Our Client is a fantastic education provider who are looking for a PA to join their team

**Description**

The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all staff
- Ownership of the heads diary and schedule
- Provide administrative support and arrange meetings as required
- Liaising with parents and staff via various communication methods
- Assist in the organisation of workloads
- Efficient management of complex diaries, leave management, minute taking and minute generation
- To communicate confidential and/or sensitive information concerning any such issue arising

**Profile**
- Able to communicate clearly both in verbal and written communications
- Organised and methodical in their approach
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Understanding of the importance around confidentially and GDPR
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Have previous PA experience within the education sector

**PLEASE NOTE THE APPOINTMENT IS SUBJECT TO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK**
