**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time dog walkers. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to work outdoors and independently while enjoying the companionship of furry friends. This role offers the potential for growth alongside our expanding business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Walk multiple dogs simultaneously, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain control of dogs during walks, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Provide exercise and stimulation according to each dog's needs and preferences.
- Transport dogs in your own vehicle to designated walking locations.
- Adhere to established routes and schedules while accommodating any special requests from clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Passion for working with animals, particularly dogs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Capacity to handle multiple dogs with confidence and control.
- Possession of a valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

**Additional Information**:
Applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the selection process.
