Essential:

- Tiling
- Plastering
- Carpentry
- An eye for detail and the experience to see any issues before they occur.
- The ability to keep site clean, tidy and safe from hazards.
- General building background
- Able to work unsupervised as well as the ability to work within a close working environment/team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Quality workmanship and the ability to take ownership of your own tasks.

Desirable:

- SSSTS/SMSTS.
- Experience in leading people
