This new full-time post is available from 1st Jan 2023 on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.

**The Role**

The IT Vendor Management Office manage the relationship between the University and multiple suppliers of IT products and services. Within the IT Vendor Management Office the IT Software Management Co-ordinator will be actively managing software assets within the University and be the primary user for the University’s Software Asset Management Service. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

The role will assist in forming procurement strategies to optimise technology spend across the organisation. The IT Software Management Co-ordinator will also develop and make recommendations to improve procedures for tracking software assets to oversee quality control and support throughout their lifecycles.
