**Hours of work**:
Multiple shifts available including:
- day shifts, 3/4 day working weeks
- weekend work evening shifts, night shifts and weekend work with **competitive shift premiums**

**Key responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate good safety behaviours in the workplace
- Complete quality checks in line with company processes; visually inspect work for pinholes, runs, bare spots, proper coverage and refinish as required.
- Mix paint to the correct ratios as instructed in technical data sheets.
- Correct use of air assisted and airless paint spray pumps.
- Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.
- Ensure optimum use of materials within your control to minimize scrap / wastage
- Complete maintenance tasks and fault diagnostics of equipment related to spray painting operations as required.
- Work to agreed output targets and deadlines, ensuring internal customer orders are produced on time and in full to required quality standard.
**Essential**
- Experience using and maintaining air-fed respiratory equipment
- Experience mixing paint to the correct ratios as instructed in technical data sheets
- Experience using air assisted and airless paint spray pumps
- Experience spray painting large metal components
**Preferred**
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing / industrial environment.
- Flexible to further develop and enhance skills

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
