Commercial Catering Engineer required for our client, a nationwide specialist in commercial catering and refrigeration. They require a commercial catering engineer, to cover Brighton and the surrounding areas.
The Commercial Catering Engineer will be required to provide service, maintenance and breakdown of catering equipment, including, fryers, ovens, microwaves and steamers. The Commercial Catering Engineer will be attending sites across the Brighton area, on sitessuch as restaurants, care homes, hotels, schools and bars. The commercial catering engineer must hold their Comcat qualifications, such as comcat 1, 2, 3 and 5, although the client will also consider engineers who may only possess 3 of these qualifications,for example (or equivalent).

**Commercial Catering Engineer Position Overview**
- Providing service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial catering equipment such as ovens, fryers, microwaves and steamers
- Covering a number of sites across Brighton and the surrounding areas

**Commercial Catering Engineer Position Requirements**
- Valid commercial catering tickets, such as comcat 1, 2, 3 and 5 (or equivalent)
- Experience carrying out servicing and repair works of commercial catering equipment
- Full UK Driving license

**Commercial Catering Engineer Position Remuneration**
- £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Door to door travel paid
- 32 days annual leave
- Call out rota circa 1 in 4 weeks (£100 standby fee, 1.5x for all on call overtime)
- 1.5x rates for Saturdays, 2x rates for Sundays and bank holidays
