Do you have a passion for education and enjoy working with young people? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors, providing essential support in maintaining the smooth running of our school.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources provided by teaching staff, maintaining continuity in students' learning.
- Provide support and assistance to students with their learning activities, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during cover periods.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in students' lives by ensuring that their learning continues uninterrupted, even in the absence of their regular teachers.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
