**LOCATION**:South Gloucestershire

**SALARY**: £23,240

**HOURS**:37.5 hours per week

(On-call: 1 in 4 weeks), £100/week when on call

**DURATION**: Permanent

**START DATE**: ASAP

**This charity is dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. This post requires the successful applicant to **work closely with key partner agencies such as the National Probation Service, Police and other criminal justice and generic support services.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Establish strong, professional relationships with service users to promote engagement.
- Support service users to take responsibility and develop key skills to maximise their independence.
- Proactively engage with local Prisons and resettlement services to establish effective working relationships and provide pathways of support for those at risk of homelessness.
- Manage referrals and enquiries made to the service.
