East Hampshire Norse is the partnership which focusses on delivering key frontline services across the local area, undertaking waste management and grounds maintenance as part of its portfolio.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Waste Supervisor to join our Refuse & Waste Management team operating from Petersfield, this position is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**The role**

As **Waste Supervisor, **you will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of waste collections services whilst ensuring contractual requirements are monitored and targets are achieved, you will always also promote and enhance the good reputation of the business throughout the South East region.

You will conduct induction and training of frontline operational staff to ensure they meet expected standards of performance; you will also need to make sure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Alongside a combination of industry knowledge and experience you will;
- Certificate in Management studies or equivalent
- Ability to work to your own initiative or part as a team
- In depth knowledge of Waste and recycling procedures
- Previous supervisory experience
- Full UK driving licence - LGV
