Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a handyman to join a large social housing organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Handyman will be responsible for travelling to the various supported living schemes carrying out fire alarm testing and minor repairs.

**Responsibilities of the Handyman**:

- Travelling between schemes as per schedule
- Carrying out fire testing across the various schemes
- Transferring furniture and materials from one location to another where asked
- Carrying out very minor repairs
- Waste removal and disposal

Requirements of the handyman:

- Full UK drivers licence
- Ability to be flexible with travel requirements
