**Shift times: 22:00 - 07:00**
- T is a 67 year old man who lives in his own home in Glastonbury. T has learning disabilities and communication difficulties._
- T is looking for a support worker to join his team to help him live independently. T thrives on routines and needs a support worker to understand this. T enjoys going out for a coffee, cars and music. T enjoys going to concerts within the local community._
- T is looking for caring, understanding and confident support workers with some experience with Makaton. T needs someone that will support him with his evening routine, supporting with some personal care, administering medication and monitoring him throughout the night._

You First is a forward thinking, innovative and market leading Social Enterprise, formed as a Community Interest Company (CIC), that enables neurodivergent people, people with learning disabilities and/or mental health illness to build and grow their lives in a way that is both meaningful and purposeful for them. This is achieved by creating small, bespoke, dedicated teams of people who are selected by the person supported and who work to enable the person to fulfil their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. We call these bespoke teams Micro-Teams.

YOU FIRST WILL:

- Pay £12.75ph from the moment you start working with us, there is no probation rate
- We pay 35p per mile for EVERY mile you travel, including commuting miles
- We offer permanent, full time, part time and casual contracts and you can choose what works best for you and your needs
- You will have a permanent contract that provides you with guaranteed regular hours
- You will have a full induction before commencing work and this will include person specific training and shadow supports
- Each team has a Slack (virtual message board) page when you can obtain feedback and support from fellow team members and managers
- We operate a 24-hour On Call facility, so you always have access to support in emergency situations
- We do not use Zero Hour Contracts
- We provide an occupational pension
- We have an Employee Assistance Programme meaning you and your family have access to free and confidential 24-hour counselling and support
- We meet the cost of your DBS check
- You will receive full training and bi-monthly supervision
- If you are new to social care, you will be supported through your Care Certificate in paid time
- You will have the option to study for a nationally recognised Diploma
- You will have your roster 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life Your roster will be in the form of an App
- You will need to be able to work 22:00-07:00, including every other weekend.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9-27 per week

**Salary**: £12.75 per hour
