**Role**:Afternoon Shift Counterbalance Driver
**Location**:Leamington Spa
**Temp-to-Permanent**:Outstanding opportunities await those who excel during the initial 18-week trial period.

**Shift Details**:
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 21:15
**Hourly Rate**: £12.60 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
As an FLT Operative specialized in Counterbalance, you'll play a pivotal role in the warehouse operations:
Versatile Tasks: From loading and unloading to put-away and picking, you'll tackle a range of essential duties.
Container Operations: Unload and distribute diverse items from containers and curtain-sided trailers, adapting to varying sizes.
Adaptability: The role can be physically demanding due to the varying item sizes, demonstrating your flexibility and dedication.
Training and Growth: If needed, we provide relevant training for you to excel in multiple areas of the warehouse.

**Requirements**:
Certified Counterbalance: Possess a valid Counterbalance certification.
Previous Experience: Your prior experience as an FLT operative is invaluable.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.
Accuracy and Organizational Skills: Showcase excellent accuracy and organizational abilities while working towards targets.
