**Repairs Planner (£25,244 per annum, full-time, permanent)**

**Job Role**

We’re looking for someone with not just excellent customer services, but someone that has the ability to listen, empathise and communicate clearly.

You need to have good people skills and the ability to understand the needs of our tenants while at the same time having an appreciation of the demands on our engineers.

You will need to be confident using the latest technology. The work will require you to be flexible and have good organisational skills. You will also need to be able to deal with complaints, both over the phone and in writing.

**Location Details**

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, with most full-time employees attending the office two days per week.
