**Initial duties include**: the collection and filing of Health Record Folders into the storage areas and archiving (scanning folders) folder using the Trust archiving system. Eventually, in time leading on to further duties which include: Health Record Folder retrieval, updating patient’s demographic details in their folder and on the Trust’s PAS system and reception duties.

It should be noted that this post is sedentary and involves a substantial amount concentration, as well as, pushing trolleys and transferring of patients folders.

**Qualifications**: 3 GCSE passes at level C or equivalent (to include English and Maths). ECDL qualification is desirable.

Working hours are 20 per week

**Initial duties include**: the retrieval of Health Record Folders from the storage areas, preparing the records and updating on the trust’s PAS system, Scanning the folders using the trust Electronic Documents Management System, in time leading on to further duties which include: Quality Assurance checks and destructions.
