THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE FOR A RECENT SCHOOL OR COLLEGE LEAVER.

We are a family owned self catering holiday accommodation business located in Dalbeattie. We are looking for someone to join our team as an office administration assistant to learn about the business, form good relationships with our recurring guests and help our team with daily tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

- Customer Management:

- Answer queries
- Respond to issues
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Office management:

- Administer bookings
- Organise cleaning schedule
- Support upload owner statements
- Filing of hard and electronic paperwork
- Support sale of lodges
- Purchase office materials
- Work with team to purchase goods required for running of business
- Calculate linen required and order such linen
- Create Canvas designs for advertising
- Create social media adverts
- Take swimming pool bookings

Lodge management:

- Communicate with owners
- Project manage purchasing and upgrades
- Help mediate when issues arise
- Help support team clean lodges
- Create spreadsheets to note work required on lodges

**What will I learn?**
- How to use our bespoke IT systems
- How to work and grow in an office environment
- How to manage issues and resolve where possible
- How to upload bills and invoices to finance system
- How to support update of website and social medias

**What qualifications or qualities are required?**
- National 5 English
- Effective communicator with good time management and organisational skills
- Punctual with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12,740.00-£20,020.00 per year
