Telesales Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits
- Answer any questions or concerns raised by potential customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales role preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
