We are looking for a professionally qualified and experienced creative thinker to join our UK & Ireland marketing team as a Marketing Executive in our office in Worcester.

As one of a team of six working in a flexible environment, you will play a key role in contributing your marketing know-how to craft content, contribute ideas, set up campaigns, manage online brands and interpret data. This is an ideal role to stretch your marketing skills as a digital and marketing all-rounder.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation and delivery of brand marketing and multi-channel campaign planning (B2B and B2C).
- Participate in creative brainstorming and proactively generate ideas within the team for improving brand performance, customer journeys and nurture sequences.
- Monitor and manage social media engagement as part of campaign planning.
- Research and compile resources to support content-rich marketing and help to develop thought leadership as a strand of brand development.
- Collaborate, when necessary, with various technical or marketing and sales teams both in the UK and across Europe.

**Required skills and experience.**

**Essential**
- Experience of multi-channel digital campaign planning and execution.
- Experience of creating engaging social media content and conversations with strategic hashtags.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Experience of social media marketing - organic and/or paid.

**Preferred**
- Agency experience or experience of marketing in a fast-moving direct response or entrepreneurial environment.
- Awareness of SEO impact when creating content.
- Understanding of how to work with avatars/personas to improve customer segmentation, plan customer journeys and lead to sales conversions.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of web technologies such as domains, websites, and servers.
- Experience of brand or product management.

**Working Hours**:
The normal hours of the business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.

After training, Hybrid working will be available, after discussions with the Line Manager, but two days would be required in the office.
