**About us**

Kelburne Construction are a small to medium contractor based in Kilmarnock. We carry out Civil Engineering works for industrial clients, local authorities, hospitals and the like, across central and southern Scotland.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure standards are met.
- Provide guidance and training to team members.
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress and issues.

**Skills**:

- SSSTS/ SMSTS, CSCS, CPCS/ NPORS, SPEN authorisations, NRSWA, confined spaces, first aid all beneficial.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience on Scottish Power sites beneficial, but not essential..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20.00-£22.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS Supervisor (required)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (required)
