**Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect**

**Location: Birmingham / West Midlands**

**Salary: £70,000 - D.O.E**

**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to join a forward-thinking IT company. This role is an integral part of the team and requires a highly skilled individual with the ability to think outside the box.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse customer requirements and create technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Design and develop technical solutions, including software and hardware.
- Research and develop new technologies and solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Ensure technical solutions are secure and reliable.
- Monitor and maintain technical solutions to ensure performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with other teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and products.

**Skills Required**:

- Extensive experience as a Technical Solutions Architect in the IT industry.
- Excellent knowledge of software and hardware technologies.
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
- Understanding of cloud technologies.
