Here at GXO we are seeking **a Lean Coordinator** to join our team at our ASOS site in **Doncaster**. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing all lean continuous improvement initiatives within agreed timescales and financial targets.

You’ll join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You will collaborate with department heads across Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Operations to execute key work streams
- Drive all Lean initiatives (Kaizen, 6S, Lean academy etc)
- Educate, coach, challenge and inspire the teams on Lean thinking
- Drive project savings and process improvements

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience working within E-Commerce or Retail in the Logistics Industry
- LEAN Six Sigma trained or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing Lean tools
