Deburrer

**What does the role involve?**
EMBS Engineering is in partnership with a precision engineering company located in Nottinghamshire that is a leading specialist in the manufacturing of precision-engineered components. Due to keeping up with their existing workload, our client is looking for a Deburrer to join their team on a permanent basis.

**What experience do you need?**
- Experience of working on complex aerospace parts
- Previous Deburring experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to use hand and air tools
- Ability to Drill, Countersink, Chamfer, Trim Down, Polish, Saw, and Tap Components to engineering drawing requirements
- Previous experience self inspecting own parts using manual measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail

**Who would the role suit?**

Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their workforce and are therefore looking for Mechanical Assembly Fitters to join their growing team and support with new and exciting projects.

As a Mechanical Assembly Fitter, you will be working closely within a team to build precision engineered components for predominantly high profile aerospace customers. You will be required to build parts to a high specification, ensuring quality checks are completed.

**What experience do you need?**
- Previous assembly/fitting experience within precision engineering
- Previous background of working with small to medium sized precision components for high profile industries including; Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas etc
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Able to use hand held and power assembly tools - grinders, cutters, drills, saws, torque wrenches etc
- Experience of working with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium etc
- Experience of welding, deburring, pot riveting, countersinking, CNC Operation etc would be advantageous
