**S&P Garages is Lincoln's only Mercedes-Benz Truck, Van & Mitsubishi Commercial Dealership.**

We are a family run company that have been operating in Lincoln for 10 years. We are still an ever-expanding business and we have recently invested in many areas of the business, but, the workshop in particular, by building a second pit and also building another small workshop bay at the rear of our site so that we are able to cope with the volume of work that is offered to us.

We pride ourselves on the customer service that our team can provide. Our customers are among some of the biggest names in the UK, including Waitrose and UPS. We are absolutely devoted to aiding these companies to deliver their day-to-day operations that make them the business they are; whether that be moving goods, people, even ensuring the safety of the public through carrying out warranty claims for the Police and Ambulance services.

Because we are a franchised Mercedes-Benz Dealership, this enables us to carry out and submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.

**The Role**

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services. You will be responsible for;
- Booking in vehicles.
- Greeting customers.
- Informing them of progress.
- Organising works authorisation.
- Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.
- Invoicing of retail work.

What we’re looking for:

- This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Experienced Service Advisor or Experienced Parts Advisor within a dealership.
- Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
- A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
