**Management Accountant (CIMA / ACCA studying) |£28,000 - £36,000 + study support package |**

**The Opportunity**

Incredible opportunity for someone studying toward ACCA or CIMA and looking to fast track their learning and development (and career).

You’ll be joining an agile and innovative private-equity backed group that is experiencing major growth (Through acquisition and organic expansion revenue increased by 50% last year)

It’s a newly created role reporting to the highly approachable and forward-thinking FC (who is CIMA qualified). Someone who will be a superb and encouraging mentor (having worked through the qualification themselves in the not too distant past).

Your role will give you the versatility and exposure needed to become fully qualified with valuable rounded skill set.

You’ll have lots of exposure to the newly acquired subsidiary and be involved in management accounts prep, P&L analysis, sales analysis and forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, balance sheet recs, ad hoc MI production, margin and profit analysis,stock reportingloads of valuable stuff

There’s also additional acquisition activity expected so you’ll have chance to gain exposure to that process at an early stage of your career.

You need to be:

- Able to demonstrate 2-4 years core accounting experience (accruals and prepayments, month end close etc).
- Very confident using Excel - there’s a real thirst for additional MI and you need to be confident in your ability to make sense of plenty of data from across the business.
- It’s a fast track role so plenty of ambition would be perfect
- You need to be hands on and not afraid of digging down into the nuts and bolts of month end close / reconciliations / journals etc.
