The role is within a vibrant local business which has a very exciting future as a national heat pump installer that is partnered with one of the biggest energy companies in the UK.

We are a real team at CBH and looking to expand that needs the right people

We are looking for a conscientious account assistant to join our accounts team.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
Allocate customers receipts to sales invoices

Allocate supplier payments to invoices

Process customers refunds, create credit note and add to sage

Process supplier and sub-contractor payments

Post credit card transactions on sage

Input card payment receipts

Monitor and track BUS payments

Reconciling aged debtors

Process Sub-contractor invoices and upload files on sage

Checking Sub-contractor invoices for audit purposes, chasing electrical certificates

Checking Sub-contractor invoices for correct VAT and CIS details

Dealing with invoice queries

Processing purchase invoices and uploading files on Sage

Reconciling trade statements to outstanding invoices and to the accounts system

Coding invoices to the correct expense accounts

Inputting sales invoices on to sage from our system

Reconciling aged creditors

Positive mindset always looking for solutions rather than objections.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial.

- Proficient in Excel
