**Here's the exciting bit a day includes**
This role supports on preventing and managing employee relations across Superdrug & Savers. You will support on the development and research of policies and procedures ensuring the administration, collation and communication is effective. You’ll share and seek best practice within the People Team, and you’ll feedback into the Lead ER Specialist.
You’ll ensure all case administration meets the high standards ready for any future conciliation or tribunal.
You’ll also proactively feed any themes or areas you’ve identified through your support of these cases to the Lead ER Specialist. You’ll keep up to date with current employment legislation.
This role will be reporting to the Lead ER Specialist based at the Superdrug offices in East Croydon.
***Key Responsibilities**
- Key stakeholders include: People teams for both Superdrug and Savers, People Leadership team, Point of contact for our employment lawyers
- Support on research for our policies and procedure changes and reviewing of current policies against emerging legislation changes (in all locations inc UK & ROI) and presenting this to our Lead ER Specialist
- With support from the Lead ER Specialist, you’ll ensure that our people are up to date with any changes to policies or practices through a great communication plan
- Support on the following so we can deliver the best outcomes in DSAR, Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal matters.
- Support in the organization of training workshops to develop and upskill the wider team and strategy sessions with the Employment Lawyers
- Supporting the ER Specialist with the relationship with our employment lawyers
- Support in the administration of right to work and sponsorships (for skilled workers) and be one of the Level 1 users
- Manage the process, scanning and storage of management files
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping case files up to the required standard
- Ensure all policy and procedure updates are correctly updated on all internal sites and systems
- Provide regular updates to the Lead ER Specialist on information collated

- Excellent administration skills
- Employment Law knowledge is an advantage but we are happy to build those skills with you
- Experience in managing a variety of cases
- A passion for people and learning more in the world of ER
