**Weighbridge Operator**:
**CELSA UK - Cardiff**

**£23,875 increasing to £24,500 after probation (4on 4off shifts)**

We are currently looking for a Weighbridge Operative who will be responsible for
- Operation of several weighbridges over multiple sites (for which training will be provided) of which duties will include but not be limited to: weighing vehicles (Lorries and trains) in/out, issuing of delivery notes, waste management documents, scrap transactions, delivery consignation to ensure legal compliance and quality is met.
- Making sure that all documentation is accurate.
- Managing customer requirements.
- Liaising with many other departments within the company. Aiding planners and loading staff with updates and/or amendments.
- Ensuring vehicles and driver’s strictly adhere to site rules and have correct PPE and maintain safe working practices at all times.

You’ll work closely with our Planning Team and external stakeholders such as drivers so you’ll find it easy to build relationships. Updating documentations and records on our internal database will be second nature to you, as you’ll have previously worked with Microsoft Office.

You’ll be joining a recycling company - we melt scrap metal and recycle it into new steel products.
