**Role Overview**
As a Telesales Executive at Tradebase, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. You will engage with potential customers through cold calling, presenting our products and services via phone and video call, and demonstrating how Tradebase can add value to their projects. Your goal will be to secure opportunities to quote on upcoming projects, ranging from individual bathrooms to large-scale developments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily to potential clients, including developers, builders, and plumbers, to introduce Tradebase and its offerings.
- Understand client needs and project specifications to effectively pitch our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer queries and provide solutions tailored to client needs.
- Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert opportunities into quotes.
- Update and manage the client database with accurate call logs and client information.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all potential clients.
- 3+ years of experience in telephone sales, preferably with exposure to the bathroom market or supply to the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Knowledgeable about the construction or home renovation industry, particularly regarding bathroom products and services.
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude, capable of working independently in a dynamic sales environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow up promptly using Hubspot CRM.
- A team player, eager to contribute to the overall success of Tradebase.
