This is a temporary post until March 2025.


Organisation: Wiltshire Care Partnership (WCP) was established in 2013 and registered as a not
- for-profit company limited by guarantee. It is a member-led organisation whose role is to represent and support independent providers of residential, nursing, and domiciliary care for older people and adults with disabilities in Wiltshire; working alongside commissioners to achieve the provision of high quality, safe services.

Location: This is an opportunity to be based at home, working mainly remotely across the BSW area, although some travel to health and care locations may be necessary.

Remuneration: £23,000 (pro-rata over 20 hours, worked flexibly, with expenses).

Digital Implementation Lead for DSCR project

Digital Project Lead for the adoption of DSPT

Job Purpose: To support the safe adoption of digital working across the care sector in Wiltshire & Swindon, by enabling care providers to complete the Data Security & Protection Toolkit, working with care providers to understand and evidence the benefits of moving from a paper to a digital care records system, and to improve their overall cyber security position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work as part of the team supporting the Data Security & Protection Toolkit (DSPT) compliance across Wiltshire & Swindon
- Work with the DSPT Project Lead in researching and contacting providers to promote and update on their DSPT status
- Work with the DSPT Project Lead on implementing a new and revised Project Records system
- Work with the Digital implementation lead on the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) project primarily focused on harvesting benefits data from care providers to contribute to the quarterly reports
- Assist on the DSCR project with collating data from different sources to get an accurate picture of the adoption of DSCR’s across the BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW) Integrated Care Service (ICS)
- Working within the team to plan and deliver events across BSW.
- Support the development / delivery of workshops and resources around all things digital, including data security.
- To encourage positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Provide regular project updates to the team.
- Respond to all queries in a timely and efficient manner, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Updating project records and documentation.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and methods of support.

Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths

**Post Specific Qualifications**

Digital Skills / Technology qualification or equivalent relevant work experience or demonstrated interest

Experience in training and development in social care or another field.

A basic knowledge of digital social care systems

**Work Experience**

Good experience of providing high quality project administrative support

Background in customer service would be advantageous

Work experience in a social care setting or related field

Working with a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively deliver change

Ability to develop good working relationships with other groups and organisations

**Knowledge**
- Willingness to build extensive understanding of the benefits of digital technology for adult social care providers within a short space of time

Knowledge and experience of cyber/data security

Understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

The post holder will be required to undertake travel between sites across the area in question. A mileage allowance, and other expenses, is payable.
