**Experienced Supervisor**
We are looking for a talented and experienced **Supervisor** to ensure smooth, efficient and effective service in our Diner by delegating duties, monitoring product and service quality, organising breaks, ensuring all due diligence is completed, assisting with the training and recruitment of the team and supervising and motivating the team to ensure the very highest standards of service.
Our **Diner** **Team **is** **at the heart and soul of the Light, Banbury taking orders, delivering food and drink, and surprising and delighting our guests, ensuring they are having the best experience in our diner.
**About you**
As a* Supervisor *you should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or casual dining environment is essential.
- Enthusiasm for working in the hospitality industry
- Confident in leading a team
- Good communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships with others easily
- Ability to thrive in a busy high volume, high energy environment and can manage multiple tasks and guest with ease
- Highly social, motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details

**Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.**
