Laundry Assistant

We are looking for a new member to join our Laundry team to work in our care home in Doddington. You will be part of a dedicated team of Laundry Assistants who lead the cleanliness of the homes and central areas.

This can includes washing, hand washing, drying, pressing, ironing, collection and delivery of clothing to the homes on site. Other aspects of this roll include but are not limited to safe stock control, COSHH awareness and stock rotation.

We are seeking a person to work in our busy laundry on a part time basis.
We are currently hiring two people for this role to maximize cover and efficiency within the team. The role is supporting a central role of the homes, to ensure that all washing drying and ironing is completed with in the given time frames set by the Laundry Coordinator.

Please note that there may be elements of Lone working for short period of time in this role.
