We are recruiting two Climate Strategy and Project Officer alongside other roles to our growing climate, transport, and planning team. Join the Torbay story and help deliver carbon neutrality in Torbay.

As a Climate Strategy and Project Officer, you will work as part of our Strategy and Project Management Team, and also across the Council, to monitor and update the climate strategy and action plans, improve the evidence base, and critically deliver projects to make progress on the Council’s Climate Emergency response.

You will help by advising on the consistent and effective implementation of those policies and actions and take on the direct project delivery both independently and as part of project teams. You will support the Council to work with the community and outside organisations to identify ways to make Torbay carbon neutral.
