The Product & Solutions Delivery team works with our partners, lawyers and other professionals to design new ways of offering our services utilising technology; taking ideas through to delivery as products and client facing solutions or internal solutions to improve and streamline our processes, and then ongoing management and continuous improvement of them.

Reporting to the Product & Solutions Delivery Lead, this role has been created to support the Product & Solutions Delivery team by assisting in various stages of the process including testing and launch processes, tracking and reporting processes, and outward communications to the firm using the team’s intranet, Viva Engage (Yammer) and other mediums.

The Product & Solutions Delivery Coordinator will also provide general assistance across Product & Solutions Delivery team members as required, including diary management, admin support and associated activities, documentation and communications.

The role is best suited to someone who is very well organised, used to managing their own working week and has a creative and detailed mindset, ideally with a good working understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
- Detail-focussed with ability to take initiative, challenge the status-quo and deliver impactful change
- A creative mindset with a good eye for visual and engaging design
- Good knowledge of creating and managing SharePoint sites and lists is essential
- An understanding of how to create and maintain automated workflows and other features of PowerApps and the wider Power Platform is desirable (but training can be provided)
- Results-oriented individual with a strong drive for quality and continuous improvement
- Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse and geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, and to prioritise between conflicting demands.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates flexibility in approach to tasks
- A strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Excellent time management skills and organisational ability.
