The following are the core responsibilities of the OOF/IIF Administrator. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:
a. Ensure that effective financial controls are in place and processes are adhered to
b. Understand and brief the management team on financial implications of contract and legislation changes affecting the organisation
c. Maintain an effective working relationship with the ICB, ensuring the organisation receives a proportionate and equitable allocation of resources
d. Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related matters with NHS E, the ICB and the organisation’s accountant
e. Partake in audit as requested by the audit lead
f. Attend and actively participate in practice management meetings
g. Attend any external meetings pertinent to the role of OOF/IIF Administrator
h. Assume responsibility for managing QOF and IIF targets over the course of the financial year and liaising with other senior staff.
i. Attending Webinars and external meetings
j. PPA claims
k. Claims (ICB claims)
**Experience**
Experience of working with the general public
Experience of working in a healthcare setting
Experience of data analysis and the production of reports
Knowledge of ‘EMIS’ software.
Experience of primary care/running costs for NHS organisations
Working knowledge of QOF / IIF
Experience of processing claims
Knowledge of medical terminology.

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
