We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist to join the expanding Technical Manufacture & Verification Department.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of a series of projects and responsible for ensuring that they are completed accurately, concisely and on time.
- Working with managers and wider project teams to achieve or oversee achievement of set goals
- Working from external processes, guiding principles and best practice, rather than always having access to recorded procedures.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance to TBS’ QMS and to all other applicable regulations and guidance.
- Agreeing, setting, and improving procedures and processes where needed.
- Leading or partaking in core teams for new product development.
- Ensuring all processes are at least compliant to local H&S guidance and ideally follow best practice.
**Essential**:
- Experience of working in a laboratory (3+ years)
- To be considered an SME in a relevant area
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word & Power Point
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record in managing multiple workstreams at one time.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Track record of working to and meeting deadlines
- The ability to work to set policies and procedures
- The ability to problem solve and make informed decisions
- To be well organised & proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be flexible to the needs of the business
**Specialist**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Specialist to join the Product Performance Testing team working with Alex Holmes.
The role will require you to work as part of a team, be responsible for the planning & prioritising of workload ensuring that work is completed efficiently. The aim is to help ensure the delivery of products to the required Quality, Right First Time, On Time and in full.
