- Managing staff sickness
- Managing HR issues (capability / performance / disciplinary)
- Risk management
- Managing complaint

**Desirable criteria**:
- Networking
- Budget management
**Education**:
**Essential criteria**:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Neonatal QIS pathway
- NLS trained
- Breastfeeding training
- Risk management training
- Roster completion
**Desirable criteria**:
- FINE course
- **Covid-19 Vaccination**
