**Sales Administrator - House Builder**
My Client are a sustainable house builder with a regional focus in the Midlands and Northern Home Counties. Due to increased sales demand, they require an Administrator to support the Sales and Marketing team.
As Sales Administrator your duties will include
**Daily Duties**:
- Keep and Maintain accurate records
- Assist in the progression of home sales
- Producing and compiling sales reports
The ideal Sales Administrator will be competent and have experience in
**Experience Required**:
- Ideally experienced within the housing sector
- Ability to use a CRM (e.g COINS, Contact Builder, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office programs
If successful, Sales Administrator will receive
**Salary & Benefits**
- £27-28,000 basic salary per annum
