**Job Description and Qualifications**

**Who are we**

At Air Products, we specialise in Industrial Gas and we've been helping our customers to become more productive, energy efficient and sustainable for more than 80 years. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our customer focused friendly team.

Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, Saturday 9am - 5pm (Rota’d).

Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.

**About the role**:

- Outbound task such as providing customer updates
- Helping customer place orders over the phone
- Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
- Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need

**A Few Things About You**:

- You’ve got a can-do attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience
- You’ve got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have good organisation skills.
- You can manage your time effectively
