Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for renewals and cross selling multiple utilities.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generator at Everflow Utilities, you will be responsible for proactively contacting a database of potential clients by telephone to create warm leads for our waste management services sales team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our growth by building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities include:

- Contact potential clients via telephone to generate warm leads for our waste management services sales team.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to help drive growth for the company.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our services.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
