Planner Highways

Are you an experienced planner looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Derby are looking to hire a Planner to join their growing business.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Highway Installations
- Knowledgeable in the use of Planning Software, Microsoft Project & Primavera P6
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Excellent IT Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Report writing and data analysis experience
- Excellent negotiator
- Commercial awareness
- Full driving licence

**Within this position, you’ll be**:

- Developing programmes under NEC form of contract
- Writing of CL31/CL32
- Creating and updating programmes
- Travelling between sites for meetings
- Liasing with senior stakeholders and updating the strategic programme
- Delivering a project plan, including key dates, targets and critical path analysis
- Monitoring the progress of work and developing a plan if timelines SLAs cannot be met
- Producing a weekly report, updating on progress, risks and incurred costs
- Keeping track of any changes or deviations to the delivery

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday

25 days annual leave + bank holidays and lots of additional benefits
