Architectural Draftsperson

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
- Utilize various software programs such as MicroStation, ArchiCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Sketchup to develop accurate and precise drawings
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and architects
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and revisions
- Assist in the development of graphic designs for presentations and marketing materials
- Contribute to system design by providing accurate and detailed drawings

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArchiCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
- Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into detailed drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams
