System Hygiene Operative

Techclean delivers an unparalleled IT system cleaning service and are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, reliable, flexible and hardworking individuals who will deliver a first-class service to join our team.

The role will see you working in a data room environment, carrying out the meticulous cleaning of expensive IT equipment. This is a hands-on job, where a good level of physical fitness will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**
- To deliver a high-quality specialist IT equipment cleaning service based on our defined specifications.
- Completion of accurate records of equipment cleaned, on job cards provided, and collation of notes to record extra equipment cleaned which are signed and dated by the client.
- Completion of the assignment to the satisfaction of the client.
- Punctual attendance at the agreed commencement time.
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment provided to agreed levels of hygiene.
- Maintenance of uniforms provided and replacement when required.
- Attendance at Operative team meetings.

- Hardworking and honest
- Evidence of previous cleaning experience desirable
- Customer orientated - friendly and approachable
- Well presented with evidence of high standards of personal hygiene
- Helpful and able to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly to customers and team colleagues
- Adaptable
- Good listening skills and diplomatic
- Ability to travel
- Own transport

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
