**About Our Client**:

- Handling supplier invoices, ensuring they are correctly matched to orders and inputted onto the system.
- Processing payment runs and managing supplier queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Managing petty cash and preparing expense reports.
- Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and regulations.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

- A strong background in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
