Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People supports over 300 children and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across the East Midlands. We support every child and young person to fulfil their potential, and help familiesmake the most of every precious moment, while capturing memories and keepsakes to treasure.

We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our People team to provide practical and solution focussed advice on general HR and People matters, with a focus on leading on all recruitment activity.

Reporting into the HR Manager this is an exciting role for an ambitious HR professional who is keen to help shape the People function fit for the future.
- CIPD level 5 (or equivalent)
- ability to work confidently with the ability to coach, advise and influence managers at all levels of the organisation.
- Attention to detail and a pragmatic flexible approach to work is essential.
- Experience in leading on recruitment, promoting best practice.
- Experience using a HR information system and applicant tracking system.
